How It Works
Once your appointment is scheduled, relax in our showroom and take a moment to unwind while we get to know you. During this consultation, we’ll discuss in detail what you’re looking for in a custom garment.

Based on this discovery phase, we’ll guide you through every step of the process—from fabric selection to personalized style options tailored to your needs. Precise measurements are taken to your exact specifications and comfort preferences.

Once complete, your information is sent to one of our partner factories in the USA or Canada for cutting and production.

Our Process
STEP 01
Contact Us
Reach out by email through our website or call us at (973) 957-0014. You’re welcome to visit our showroom to explore fabric swatches and suit styles. For fittings and measurements, appointments are required and can be scheduled in advance.

STEP 04
Final Fitting
For your final fitting, we’ll contact you to schedule an appointment once your suit is ready. At that time, we’ll ensure the fit is precise and make any final adjustments as needed.

STEP 02
Alternatively, we offer appointments with our made-to-measure tailor at your office or at home. Some of the areas we regularly make visits to include NJ, NY, CT, PA. During busy periods there may be up to a two week waiting time for appointments, we will do our best to fit you in at the earliest convenient time.
STEP 05
Collecting your Suit
Once your suit is complete, it will be ready for pickup in a Roma Tailors & Clothier garment cover. From the first wear, you’ll experience the confidence and presence that come with a suit made precisely for you.

STEP 03
Attending your Appointment
During our consultation, we will guide you through the styles and choices of fabric available. Your new suit will then be ready in approximately four to six weeks (This can occasionally be longer at busy times).​
